About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the operational processes affected by transformation projects and initiatives
  • Assess and document impacts on roles, work practices, operational capacity, workload distribution, and training needs
  • Support analyses with quantitative data
  • Track the evolution of performance indicators, expected benefits, and change adoption, particularly in the digital domain
  • Make recommendations to optimize processes
  • Update related documentation, procedures, and training programs
  • Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
  • Contribute to change management through communications, training, and team support
  • Support the adoption of changes and monitor progress after implementation
  • Produce rigorous, data-driven analyses, visuals, and deliverables tailored to different audiences

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, communication, problem-solving, and practical skills
  • Self-motivation, curiosity, proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly become familiar with a business area
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to build trust, share knowledge, and welcome feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, continuous improvement, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in analysis, continuous improvement, or operational transformation
  • Knowledge of the insurance or individual savings sector is a significant asset
  • Intermediate English proficiency to collaborate regularly with English-speaking stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French
