Responsibilities
Lead technology initiatives supporting the Human Resources sector
Share project leadership with business partners
Structure, plan, coordinate, and monitor a multidisciplinary team of approximately ten people
Deliver all project management activities for assigned projects and mandates
Organize delivery teams and align stakeholders with agreed directions and high business-value priorities
Manage service agreements with external vendors and maintain partner relationships
Adapt project management approach across Agile, Lean-Agile, and traditional delivery models
Organize, coordinate, and facilitate planning, tracking, and feedback activities
Support teams in managing risks, issues, and delivery blockers and define action plans
Communicate initiative status, assumptions, value, timelines, costs, quality, risks, issues, blockers, progress, objectives, and benefits in accordance with IT Portfolio Management Office standards
Develop and sustain effective relationships with internal and external partners and service providers
Requirements
Minimum of six years of experience as an Information Technology Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
PMI-ACP, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), or higher-level certification considered an asset
Advanced level of French
Intermediate level of English
Experience using planning and tracking tools
Ability to communicate monthly with unilingual English-speaking technology solution providers across Canada by email and phone
Natural leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate and mobilize teams
Negotiation and conflict management skills
Strong analytical abilities and solution-oriented, continuous improvement mindset
