About the role

  • Security Analyst leading Cyber Threat Exposure Management transformation for iA Financial Group, a Canadian insurance and wealth-management provider. Coordinating risk reduction, governance, and cross-functional CTEM initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for CTEM transformation initiatives
  • Engage stakeholders across Security, Information Technology, and business sectors
  • Consolidate stakeholder objectives, expectations, and priorities into a cohesive CTEM strategy supported by measurable performance indicators
  • Communicate the CTEM transformation roadmap, expected benefits, and organizational impacts to technical and executive audiences
  • Coordinate implementation of CTEM governance, processes, and operational capabilities
  • Orchestrate CTEM cycles including scoping, discovery, prioritization, validation, and mobilization
  • Measure progress, facilitate retrospectives, and recommend strategic or operational adjustments to demonstrate risk reduction and business value creation

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, risk management, vulnerability management, security operations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Threat Exposure Management principles and lifecycle
  • Experience in vulnerability management, attack surface management, exposure management, or a related cybersecurity discipline
  • Knowledge of risk-based prioritization methodologies and security performance metrics
  • Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, or ISO 27001 frameworks
  • Experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple teams, technologies, and business units
  • Strong influence-based leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with technical and business audiences
  • Advanced level of French
  • Intermediate level of English required for collaboration with English-speaking partners, vendors, and internal teams through meetings, email communications, and documentation
