About the role

Security Analyst leading Cyber Threat Exposure Management transformation for iA Financial Group, a Canadian insurance and wealth-management provider. Coordinating risk reduction, governance, and cross-functional CTEM initiatives.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for CTEM transformation initiatives
Engage stakeholders across Security, Information Technology, and business sectors
Consolidate stakeholder objectives, expectations, and priorities into a cohesive CTEM strategy supported by measurable performance indicators
Communicate the CTEM transformation roadmap, expected benefits, and organizational impacts to technical and executive audiences
Coordinate implementation of CTEM governance, processes, and operational capabilities
Orchestrate CTEM cycles including scoping, discovery, prioritization, validation, and mobilization
Measure progress, facilitate retrospectives, and recommend strategic or operational adjustments to demonstrate risk reduction and business value creation

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, risk management, vulnerability management, security operations, or a related field
Strong understanding of Cyber Threat Exposure Management principles and lifecycle
Experience in vulnerability management, attack surface management, exposure management, or a related cybersecurity discipline
Knowledge of risk-based prioritization methodologies and security performance metrics
Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, or ISO 27001 frameworks
Experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple teams, technologies, and business units
Strong influence-based leadership and collaboration skills
Excellent communication abilities with technical and business audiences
Advanced level of French
Intermediate level of English required for collaboration with English-speaking partners, vendors, and internal teams through meetings, email communications, and documentation
