- Code and update information in computer systems, including contract issuances, deposits, transfers, and other transactions
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation associated with transaction requests
- Process a high volume of diverse requests within established service standards and deadlines
- Contribute to operational quality in a fast-paced individual savings and retirement environment
- Follow established policies and procedures while supporting clients and business partners
Requirements
- Able to commute to the office and work on-site daily
- Proficiency with various computer applications and systems
- Accuracy, meticulousness, and attention to detail
- Excellent judgment, autonomy, and prioritization skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressure
- Relevant experience in an administrative, operational, or transaction-processing environment is considered an asset
