Clinical Nurse Educator supporting Inizio Engage’s healthcare clients with iron infusion education and clinical product support. Delivering compliant training across Calgary, Edmonton, and Western Canada.
Responsibilities
Provide education and technical product support to healthcare professionals and infusion clinic teams
Deliver product education and clinical support related to iron infusion therapy
Conduct educational programs and training sessions in infusion clinics and healthcare settings
Maintain expertise on assigned products, disease areas, and clinical data
Support implementation and appropriate use of therapies in infusion and related clinical settings
Build relationships with healthcare professionals, infusion clinic teams, and key stakeholders
Identify educational needs and share customer insights with internal teams
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Patient Access, and Patient Solutions teams on regional objectives
Assist with educational meetings, training programs, and customer engagements
Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations, industry standards, and company policies
Document customer interactions and report adverse events and product complaints
Complete daily system updates, weekly activity summaries, email correspondence, and time reporting
Participate in local and national meetings or conferences
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with active or eligible Canadian registration required
Proven experience in a clinical environment is required
Experience delivering face-to-face and/or virtual presentations, training, or education to healthcare professionals is required
Valid driver’s licence required
Ability to travel within Canada, including some overnight travel
English required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent nursing/clinical background is preferred
Experience or understanding of iron therapy, infusion therapy, or infusion-related products is preferred
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and the Canadian healthcare environment is an asset
Strong practical knowledge of the relevant specialty and disease area is preferred
Ability to identify, influence, and build advocacy with customers in key accounts through compliant education and professional engagement
Strong communication, presentation, education, and relationship-building skills
Ability to interpret clinical and technical information and translate it into clear, practical education for nursing and clinic audiences
Ability to support infusion clinics, departments, and healthcare services in delivering high-quality patient care
Comfortable working in a cross-functional, field-based environment with regional and national stakeholders
High ethical standards, sound judgment, and strong commitment to compliance
