About the role
- Virtual engagement associate conducting outbound healthcare-professional outreach for Inizio Engage. Delivering approved program information, documenting calls, and supporting client KPIs remotely.
Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare professionals, clinic, pharmacy, and hospital stakeholders through outbound calls to deliver approved program and service-related messages on behalf of the client
- Consistently achieve or exceed program KPIs and performance objectives
- Build rapport and foster positive customer relationships through professional, high-quality interactions
- Accurately document and submit daily call activity and required customer information in the CRM system
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a collaborative and professional team environment through effective communication and partnership with colleagues
- Participate in team meetings, department meetings, training programs, client-sponsored training sessions, and educational activities
- Demonstrate and uphold Inizio Engage's values in all interactions and activities
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- College or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Energetic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders
