About the role

  • Oracle Cloud security analyst supporting Intact’s insurance finance transformation. Configuring Fusion security, IAM controls, compliance processes, testing, and stakeholder governance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the security and compliance of Oracle Fusion applications and modules
  • Implement and maintain security policies for Oracle Cloud environments
  • Manage risks and ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices
  • Participate in Finance ecosystem transformation projects
  • Design and configure security controls and profiles for Oracle Cloud applications
  • Support and collaborate with partners and stakeholders on governance, monitoring, and security compliance
  • Support security issues for finance users, partners, and stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and solutions on Oracle Fusion security profiles, IAM architecture, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Maintain and configure finance user security profiles
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements for change management and segregation of duties
  • Prepare and execute unit, SIT, and UAT test cases; record results, defects, and test evidence
  • Reproduce, document, track, and retest security-related incidents during defect-fix cycles
  • Maintain knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors on application processes and controls
  • Understand business and systems processes and master data flows
  • Work with senior functional analysts and Finance and IT teams

Requirements

  • University degree or certification in business, accounting, finance, information technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud applications ERP, EPM, and OCI
  • Oracle certifications considered a major asset
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance and/or Information Technology
  • Experience with IAM and cybersecurity
  • Experience with finance business concepts
  • Ability to communicate and interact with technical and finance stakeholders
  • Analytical mind and pragmatic approach to issues and problems
  • Commitment to self-training and maintaining technical and business competencies
  • Positive attitude and great team spirit
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism in English and French is required
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout employment
  • No Canadian work experience required
