About the role

  • Senior Functional Analyst securing Oracle Cloud finance applications for Intact, a Canadian insurance provider. Supporting IAM, cybersecurity compliance, and financial transformation across Montréal and Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Act as guardian of Finance Oracle Cloud tenancies and applications
  • Support security issues for finance users, partners, and stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and solutions on Oracle Fusion security profiles, IAM architecture, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance and cloud security teams
  • Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, SailPoint, SCIM-integrated applications, Cloud Guard, SIEM integration, and other cybersecurity tools across Oracle tenants and domains
  • Ensure secure, least-privilege access across cloud environments
  • Research, prototype, and test new or enhanced functionalities
  • Stay updated with Oracle releases and maintain documentation reflecting solution design specifications
  • Propose ideas and designs to strategically improve Oracle Cloud tools
  • Understand business and systems processes and master data flows
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors on application administration processes and controls
  • Participate in financial transformation projects, including design and configuration of security controls and profiles for Oracle Cloud applications
  • Support governance, monitoring, and security compliance with partners and stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree or certification in business, accounting, finance, information technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud applications ERP, EPM, and OCI; Oracle certifications are major assets
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively with technical and Finance stakeholders
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance and/or information technology
  • Experience with IAM and cybersecurity concepts
  • Experience with Finance business concepts
  • Analytical mind and pragmatic approach to issues and problems
  • Commitment to self-training and maintaining technical and business competencies
  • Positive attitude and great team spirit
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism in French and English is required
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout employment
  • No Canadian work experience required
  • Must independently maintain work eligibility in Canada
  • Ability to interact regularly with English-speaking colleagues across Canada
