About the role

Lead, IT, DevOps & Security for Intouch Insight, responsible for SOC 2 compliance and security initiatives. Manage the team and develop IT infrastructure and best practices throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Own and expand the SOC 2 program
Design and operationalize new controls for data classification, encryption, etc.
Own auditor relationship and drive towards zero critical findings
Set IT and information-security policy
Manage and develop IT and DevOps staff
Oversee product/platform DevOps and corporate infrastructure
Use Terraform to manage cloud identity and security infrastructure
Secure and automate the user lifecycle across Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace
Develop and own the IT, DevOps, and security roadmap

Demonstrable experience leading or driving SOC 2 Type 2 programs
Hands-on experience with compliance automation platform (Vanta or similar)
Experience managing a team (IT, DevOps, and/or security)
Hands-on background in IT/security engineering: policy, vulnerability management, incident response
Proven use of Terraform (or equivalent IaC) to manage cloud IAM
Experience securing Windows (Intune) and macOS (Jamf) fleets
Hands-on administration of Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace
