About the role
- Online math teacher delivering 90-minute small-group classes to international students. Using ClassIn and in-house coursework to teach engaging mathematics lessons.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-energy online math classes for up to eight students
- Review materials and record lesson-prep as required to ensure quality
- Complete a series of classes without absences or rescheduling
- Teach small-group 90-minute weekly classes to 6–8 students via the ClassIn platform
- Use coursework and PowerPoint materials developed by the in-house development team
- Submit a resume, introduction video link, device-specifications screenshot, speed-test link, source of vacancy, and desired position name
Requirements
- Experience teaching elementary, middle-school, or high-school math, either online or in person
- Ability to explain concepts in a clear, simple, and logical fashion
- Ability to integrate personal teaching style with established standards
- Reliable, organized, and able to prepare for and attend each scheduled lesson
- Positive attitude, engaging personality, and talkative
- Neat and professional appearance
- Fluent in English with clear pronunciation
- Fixed schedule commitment of at least two classes a week
- Fast and stable internet connection (~20mbps up and down)
- Modern, reliable computer (~10,000+ on cpubenchmark.net)
Benefits
- $75 for each 90-minute repeated lesson
- $100 for each 90-minute new lesson
- Extra $25 for recording a preview video when requested
- Payment through Wise, monthly between the 10th and 12th of the month
