About the role
- Credentialing expert building Jane's first healthcare credentialing service for clinic billing customers. Selecting credentialing software, establishing compliance protocols, and partnering with legal, IT, clinical, and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Build Jane's first credentialing service from the ground up, beginning with Billing Service customers
- Design and launch a centralized credentialing framework
- Select and implement a scalable credentialing software platform
- Cultivate vendor partnerships and evolve credentialing tools with business needs
- Establish rigorous verification and compliance protocols to protect Jane and its customers from risk
- Partner with legal, IT, and clinical teams to keep credentialing work aligned, transparent, and progressing
- Help shape and improve Jane's U.S. billing tools and services
- Collaborate with payers, internal teams, and clinic staff to reduce friction, clarify processes, and advocate for customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in credentialing management, ideally within healthcare or a related regulated industry
- Deep credentialing expertise, including provider enrollment, payer requirements, and re-credentialing cycles
- Hands-on experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing credentialing software platforms
- Strong compliance knowledge and ability to build verification protocols that withstand audit scrutiny
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Experience partnering across legal, IT, and operational teams
- Must currently live and work in Canada
- Must be eligible to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
