About the role

  • Senior Community Manager building recognition, rewards, and events for Jane’s healthcare-practice software community. Scaling advocacy programs across Canadian practitioner networks.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop recognition and rewards programs for community members
  • Use swag to build engagement across community programs, including a customer swag store and recognition and event experiences
  • Build a structured, repeatable in-person community events program, including meetups, campaign gatherings, and roundtables
  • Support the Bursary Program and Community Creator Program
  • Help launch the Community Champions Program
  • Build tailored community programs for practitioner verticals such as manual therapy, medical, and behavioral health
  • Create scalable playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes using AI
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, Vertical Leads, and the wider Community team
  • Report directly to the Director of Community and operate as a senior individual contributor on a five-person team

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing community, customer advocacy, or ambassador programs
  • Experience scaling a program from the ground up
  • Background in a customer-facing function such as support, community, or customer success
  • Analytical ability to identify meaningful metrics and turn them into program improvements
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience running multiple concurrent programs, campaigns, or events end-to-end
  • Experience owning and tracking a program budget
  • Comfort and fluency working with AI tools
  • Experience with Slack, Notion, Monday, RSVPify, Zoom, Canva, and HubSpot
  • High degree of autonomy and ability to execute independently with minimal guidance
  • Deep care for customers and community members
  • Empathy for healthcare practitioners and their practices
  • Must currently live and work in Canada and be eligible to work there without employer sponsorship
  • No relocation, visa sponsorship, or third-party employer-of-record support
