About the role

  • Talent Manager driving revenue, endorsements, and campaigns for Kensington Grey Agency’s diverse social media creators. Managing talent relationships, brand partnerships, and commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate consistent communication with talent and provide strategic career guidance
  • Develop and conceptualize campaign strategies for incoming opportunities, aligned with budgetary constraints and individual strengths
  • Negotiate and establish appropriate budgets for campaigns and partnerships
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, individuals, and brands
  • Proactively pitch tailored opportunities to brands
  • Stay informed on industry trends, events, and partnership opportunities
  • Identify growth and development opportunities for existing clients
  • Contribute to new program proposals and presentations
  • Research emerging talent and market trends
  • Oversee and manage a personal roster of talent
  • Establish and adhere to timelines for campaigns and deliverables
  • Confirm campaign and activation requirements, logistics, and expectations
  • Manage and maintain talent calendars
  • Set and manage client expectations
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent, agencies, and brands

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of direct talent management experience
  • Proven experience negotiating and securing endorsements and commercial deals
  • In-depth knowledge and experience within the sports industry is a plus
  • Extensive network of key executives and industry leaders
  • Vast experience securing six-figure and higher endorsements and partnerships
  • Experience working with talent and brands
  • Excellent pitching abilities
  • Strong marketing knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencers, and team members
  • Passion for sales with brand and agency contacts
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape
  • US social media agency experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Self-driven, creative, open-minded, persistent, and highly collaborative
