Senior Video Editor creating cinematic social, YouTube, and commercial content for FullPond’s premium brand clients. Owning editing, motion, color, sound, and delivery remotely.
About the role
- Assistant Video Editor preparing and refining video content for Kodify’s high-traffic online entertainment websites. Managing footage, Premiere Pro workflows, colorist transfers, quality control, and exports.
Responsibilities
- Ingest and organize assigned 4K raw footage and video assets
- Create project files for a team of editors according to post-production guidelines using Adobe Premiere Pro and other programs
- Sync and organize all footage and audio assets
- Work closely with the Post Production Manager to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare sequences edited in Premiere for transfer to Davinci Resolve via XML import
- Import colored video back into Premiere
- Assist with editing as needed, including motion graphics and audio editing
- Collaborate with the Post Production Manager on special projects and workflow improvements
- Perform quality control checks before and after final exports
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Premiere Pro and other software
- Export finalized projects according to specifications
- Assist in project archiving preparation
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience video editing within Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Davinci Resolve
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Used to working in a fast paced environment
- Team player
- Fast internet connection at home mandatory
- Must be comfortable working with adult entertainment content
