Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for the use of reports, practices and project management tools
Lead and maintain project management systems
Update and consolidate dashboards and KPIs to track allocations and the project pipeline
Report capacity issues, resource utilization, compliance concerns and financial risks
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project management processes, tools and methods
Produce monthly and ad hoc reports to support internal colleagues
Assist project managers with tracking schedules, effort, work progress and budgets
Develop, maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing clients
Plan, organize, lead and control activities and timelines for small-scale projects
Take part in requirements gathering and in analysis of project risks, impacts and strategies
Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with regulatory and methodological frameworks
Optimize resource assignments to meet billing targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration or equivalent training
At least three (3) years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of office software, including Excel
Fluency in French and English
Strong skills in data processing, analysis and interpretation
Professional rigor and attention to quality
Initiative and leadership
Excellent prioritization and time-management skills in a multitasking environment
Ability to manage stress and deadlines
Strong critical and analytical thinking
CAPM or PMP certification is an asset
