Responsibilities
- Act as a change agent within the organization by contributing to a data-driven cultural transformation
- Communicate with senior management and propose implementation of strategic indicators
- Participate in defining and implementing performance indicators, interactive dashboards, or AI agents
- Transform data into information that is easy to understand for internal clients
- Provide coaching and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- 3-7 years of experience in data analysis
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Power BI)
- Knowledge of AI agent
- Knowledge of data extraction, transformation and load (ETL)
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (oral and written)
