- Analyze and document business processes
- Provide technical advice, configure, and implement solutions in the NetSuite ERP application
- Ensure the quality of deliverables
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, manage their expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project
- Create customizations that enhance applications, interfaces, and reports
- Build customized reports and KPIs
- Participate in project meetings with clients
- Create and update training manuals used to improve processes
- Perform other related duties
- Collaborate with directors, administrators, and project managers
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, business, finance, or a related field
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and French
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously under the supervision of a project manager
- Ability to travel within the United States and Canada up to 50% of the time
- Experience using and administering enterprise SaaS applications (an asset)
- Experience with NetSuite (an asset)
- Experience with other SaaS products (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) or logistics-focused software (WMS, TMS, MES) (an asset)
- Knowledge of inventory management strategies (an asset)
- Web development experience (an asset)
