About the role

  • Senior Project Manager leading enterprise IT and security initiatives at LifeLabs, a healthcare services organization. Managing budgets, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of project deliverables across scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality, communication, and resources
  • Plan and manage multiple concurrent cross-functional projects across various delivery phases
  • Manage project financials, resource allocation, risks, changes, dependencies, and conflicts
  • Build relationships with project sponsors, executives, and cross-functional partners
  • Facilitate timely decision-making and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Integrate change management practices to support stakeholder readiness, adoption, and transition
  • Apply PMO methodologies, templates, standards, project plans, charters, and other project artifacts
  • Provide reporting on project status, milestones, dependencies, financials, and RAID log items
  • Lead project teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance
  • Coach and mentor Project Managers and team members
  • Support adoption of project management tools and processes aligned with Center of Excellence guidance
  • Adapt communication and engagement approaches for diverse stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in a complex enterprise environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Formal project management training
  • PMP certification or equivalent designation
  • Experience managing medium to large cross-functional projects and teams
  • Experience managing 1–3 projects concurrently
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and complex dependencies
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and resources
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
  • Ability to influence without authority, build alignment, and navigate differing perspectives and priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PPM tools
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and complex environments with diverse teams and stakeholders
