About the role

  • Lifecycle Marketing Manager optimizing retention for Lime, a global shared micromobility company. Owning Braze campaigns, personalization, experimentation, and data-driven rider journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle ecosystem and serve as the single source of truth and ultimate driver for lifecycle campaigns
  • Architect cross-channel lifecycle strategy based on macro business goals
  • Build complex workflows inside Braze
  • Own final data science analytics
  • Design, execute, and measure Multi-Armed Bandit experiments to optimize content, send-times, and offer allocations
  • Partner with Data Science on behavioral clustering and advanced segmentation models, including RFM, predictive churn, and lifetime value modeling
  • Design, build, test, and iterate on user onboarding, activation, churn prevention, and dormancy recovery flows
  • Treat CRM as a product by managing custom attributes, event nesting, data infrastructure, and user journey edge cases
  • Manage technical project workflows, JIRA ticket structures, asset pipelines, and localization coordination
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Product, Data Science, and Creative teams

Requirements

  • Candidates must reside in Canada
  • 4+ years of dedicated lifecycle or growth marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment
  • Strong conceptual and practical comfort with data science methodologies
  • Understanding of exploration vs. exploitation in Multi-Armed Bandits
  • Understanding of clustering algorithms, such as k-means
  • Ability to measure statistical significance across rolling algorithmic tests
  • Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with enterprise CRM engines
  • Braze experience strongly preferred, including Liquid personalization, Canvas, API triggers, and Connected Content
  • Strong marketing analytics background
  • High proficiency with Tableau or Looker
  • Strong spreadsheet modeling skills
  • Experience navigating and managing JIRA-style ticketing frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Operations Research, Business, Economics, or related field is preferred
  • SQL and Python skills are nice to have
  • English language proficiency is required on the application form
