- Lead, coach, and support a team of full-stack engineers

- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical design reviews, and solution quality
- Guide development of scalable, resilient, and maintainable full-stack, cloud-enabled applications
- Evaluate technical trade-offs, risks, and options
- Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance standards
- Lead delivery of complex initiatives aligned with customer, business, and technology objectives
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams
- Support Agile practices and improve planning, predictability, and delivery outcomes
- Use delivery and engineering metrics to improve effectiveness, quality, and throughput
- Oversee application health, lifecycle management, and production support
- Promote reliability, monitoring, operational excellence, and issue resolution
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including designing and delivering enterprise applications
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with one or more of Java or Kotlin (Spring Boot), Python, C#/.NET, TypeScript, React, or Node.js
- Experience with SDLC tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Maven, Snyk, SonarQube, or similar platforms
