About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain autonomous agents and loops using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen
- Securely connect agents to enterprise APIs and containerized environments (Docker, Cloud Run)
- Build conversational assistants with Dialogflow CX / Google CCAI
- Build ingestion pipelines to BigQuery with Airflow and typed schemas that are readable by agents (Pydantic, JSON)
- Chunk technical documents, generate and index embeddings (Vertex AI Vector Search, pgvector)
- Evaluate RAG (faithfulness, relevance, context recall), build benchmark datasets, and detect drift
- Optimize prompts, latency, and token costs on Gemini and Vertex AI
- Integrate AI into the development lifecycle: test generation and automated dependency fixes
- Deploy agentic AI ecosystems for telecommunications and media, including predictive maintenance, customer retention, contact center assistants, and code modernization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or data science
- At least 2 years of experience putting generative AI applications, agents, or RAG systems into production
- Proficiency in Python (asynchronous programming, pandas, APIs) and SQL
- Public GitHub profile or portfolio demonstrating real-world deployments
- Bachelor’s degree or DEC in computer science, software engineering, data science, or statistics
- Spoken French and proficiency in English
- Assets: Google Cloud Professional certification, telecommunications experience, Agile, and Jira
- Transparency, kindness, positivity, and the ability to explain complex systems to non-technical audiences
