About the role

  • Senior RFP Analyst coordinating proposal responses for Marqeta, a payments infrastructure company. Managing Loopio workflows, cross-functional inputs, deadlines, and response-process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage live RFP, RFI, and DDQ projects from intake through submission
  • Coordinate with AEs, Solutions, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and keep work on track
  • Set up and maintain Loopio projects, including question assignment, status tracking, and deadline management
  • Follow up with SMEs and escalate blockers when needed
  • Support Loopio library hygiene, review cycles, and post-RFP content updates
  • Help produce recurring updates on RFP status, risks, and library health
  • Support process improvements across the RFP workflow, including automation and AI-assisted opportunities where relevant

Requirements

  • Experience in proposal operations, RFP management, project management, GTM operations, or a similar cross-functional role
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, owners, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Clear communication and stakeholder-alignment skills
  • Comfortable following up with senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority
  • Strong writing instincts, including improving clarity, tone, and completeness in written responses
  • Comfortable learning systems and working across tools like Loopio, Salesforce, Slack, or similar platforms
  • Curiosity about AI and interest in using it to improve workflow efficiency
  • Nice-to-have: Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, or proposal response workflows
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or similar proposal tools
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, financial services, or another regulated environment
  • Nice-to-have: Technical writing, proposal writing, or business writing experience
  • Nice-to-have: Experience coordinating with Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, or Security teams
