Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer implementation projects from planning through successful completion
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Own project scope, schedule, budget, governance, quality, and customer communications
- Coordinate delivery across Functional Consulting, Technical Consulting, Digital Experience, Quality Assurance, Product, and Customer Success
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive updates
- Mentor Project Managers and support continuous improvement across Project & Program Management
- Leverage AI to improve project planning, governance, communication, and delivery effectiveness
- Contribute to improving project management standards and customer delivery practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience within software, SaaS, or Professional Services
- Demonstrated success leading complex customer implementations
- Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience mentoring Project Managers or leading delivery teams
- Strong organizational leadership and customer relationship skills
- Passion for delivery excellence and continuous improvement
