About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define, standardize, and govern metrics and KPIs tracking the firm's strategic technology priorities
  • Develop leading and lagging indicators covering adoption, modernization, technology health, resilience, governance maturity, productivity, operational efficiency, platform convergence, and business value
  • Establish consistent measurement approaches across technology strategy pillars
  • Produce strategic insights, trend analyses, executive dashboards, and reporting
  • Build self-service analytics environments evolving from static reporting to interactive, model-driven exploration
  • Design and deliver technical architecture for aggregating, publishing, and querying enterprise strategy datasets
  • Perform reconciliation, normalization, stewardship, lifecycle management, and repeatable publication of metrics
  • Define semantic models, metadata standards, business glossaries, lineage requirements, and data quality controls
  • Source and validate metrics from systems of record, program inventories, operating dashboards, and trusted enterprise data sources
  • Incorporate resilience, technology-health, risk, control, and readiness indicators into the broader strategy narrative
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment across groups with differing priorities
  • Curate proposed strategy metrics through adoption as finalized reporting measures

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, KPI development, technology strategy, or technology governance
  • Track record engaging senior stakeholders across large, complex organizations
  • Experience defining, implementing, and governing enterprise-scale metrics and performance measurement frameworks
  • Experience with scorecards, executive KPI dashboards, strategic measurement frameworks, and multi-source reporting environments
  • Ability to transform fragmented technology data into trusted, actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience designing data pipelines, dimensional and canonical data models, reconciliation logic, curated data products, and reusable analytical datasets
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku, or similar technologies
  • Knowledge of data modeling, semantic modeling, metadata management, data governance, and data quality practices
  • Knowledge of profiling, validation rule design, lineage mapping, metric definition, business glossary development, and reference data standardization
  • SQL and Python skills for data analysis, validation, prototyping, and exploration
  • Power BI or Tableau experience preferred but not required
  • Understanding of technology modernization, enterprise platforms, software engineering, cloud technologies, architecture governance, operational resilience, technology risk, and emerging technology capabilities
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of French and English is required
