About the role
- Product director leading Motive’s Workforce Management SaaS suite. Managing product managers, customer strategy, growth initiatives, and enterprise product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management and execution of Motive's Workforce Management suite of products
- Manage a team of Product Managers
- Lead and manage products, ensuring exceptional end-user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop growth strategies
- Build and shape a high-performing product team
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges across diverse verticals
- Define clear product requirements based on customer needs
- Work with go-to-market teams to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics to measure product launch success
- Deliver customizable and performant products for customers of varying sizes, verticals, and markets
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Expertise in managing enterprise SaaS products at scale
- Demonstrated ability to build customer-centric product strategy and deliver on it
- Ability to drive individual projects while building and shaping a high-performing product team
- High EQ and ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with customers and GTM teams, in addition to EPD teams
- Strong bias to action and willingness to get hands dirty
- Comfort and confidence in verbal and written communication
- Interest and willingness to meet customers
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
