About the role

Responsibilities
- Contact AI-prequalified leads
- Conduct professional initial calls
- Qualify decision-makers
- Identify needs and potential
- Schedule qualified appointments
- Conduct follow-ups
- Take ownership of your own pipeline
- With consistently strong performance, gradually take on strategy and closing calls
- Close your own deals and later assume full revenue responsibility
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting
- Knowledge of outbound sales
- Experience handling objections
- Experience working with demanding conversation partners
- Ability to demonstrate performance using concrete KPIs
- Experience or knowledge in conducting needs analyses at C-level
- Knowledge of sales psychology
- Knowledge of strategic pipeline management
- Ambition, resilience, assertiveness, and professionalism
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Willingness to accept feedback and improve on a monthly basis
- Ambition to advance and willingness to take on greater responsibility
