About the role

  • Graphic Designer creating branded digital and print assets for Numeris, Canada’s broadcast measurement and consumer intelligence provider. Supporting presentations, campaigns, web, and UX initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce branded marketing and communications materials for digital and print channels
  • Create email campaigns, social media graphics, website assets, brochures, documents, presentations, and internal documents
  • Build, update, and distribute branded PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Apply and maintain brand standards across creative assets
  • Collaborate with senior design leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders on marketing, communications, and corporate initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Follow Marketing & Communications workflows from briefing through review, approval, and delivery
  • Maintain organized design files, assets, and templates within established design systems
  • Monitor design, marketing, and channel trends and propose ideas to improve audience engagement and user experience
  • Support basic web and UX initiatives within the web platform

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or post-secondary diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certifications in Graphic Design or Digital Design
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Comfortable working in a CRM/marketing platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce, or able to learn one quickly
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and strategic goals into on-brand visuals across digital and print channels
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to source engaging visuals supporting product and marketing messaging
  • Strong understanding of typography, font selection, page layout, and spacing
  • Ability to apply brand palette with precision and maintain color harmony
  • Comfortable collaborating on mock-ups, wireframes, and approvals
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, formats, and deadlines
  • Open to feedback, adaptable, and quick to iterate
  • Capable of completing mid-stream projects
  • Curious about design trends and tools, including AI features
  • Working knowledge of web/UX-UI fundamentals, HTML5, and cross-browser basics
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work
  • Front-end development experience with HTML and CSS is a nice-to-have
  • HubL experience is a nice-to-have
  • Experience with HubSpot web development and email design/build is a nice-to-have
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint presentation design best practices is a nice-to-have
  • Video/motion-graphic experience is a nice-to-have
