Enterprise Applications Analyst administering enterprise applications and integrations for Nutrition International, a global nutrition organization. Configuring systems, documenting processes, coordinating UAT, and supporting responsible AI adoption.
Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain Nutrition International’s enterprise applications, including NetSuite OneWorld, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online, HRIS, AbsorbLMS, Board, and custom applications
Develop and maintain functional and technical knowledge of supported applications, including modules, workflows, data models, and business use
Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of integrations between enterprise applications and cloud services
Configure, test, monitor, and document API-based and middleware integrations, including authentication, data mapping, and error handling
Engage business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and configuration/integration requirements
Create and maintain documentation for application configurations, standard operating procedures, process maps, integration specifications, and administrative runbooks
Ensure recurring processes, configuration changes, and integrations are documented, repeatable, auditable, and transferable
Plan, coordinate, and document user acceptance testing for application changes, enhancements, integrations, and implementations
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts; track results, defects, and resolutions
Administer application user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions according to IT standards and least-privilege principles
Support onboarding and offboarding related to application access and account provisioning/deprovisioning
Evaluate and help configure AI and generative-AI capabilities in enterprise applications
Support safe and effective adoption of AI capabilities by business users
Apply AI-assisted tools to draft documentation, summarize requirements, generate/review test cases, and analyze data while verifying accuracy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Around 3 years’ experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise/business applications
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, HRIS, LMS, or similar
Business-analysis experience including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specification, and stakeholder engagement
Experience coordinating and documenting UAT
Experience maintaining structured process and system documentation
Working knowledge of application integration and APIs, including REST/SOAP
Knowledge of data mapping, middleware, and integration/automation tooling
Scripting or workflow automation experience with PowerShell, Node.js, JavaScript, or Power Automate is an asset
Familiarity with AI and generative-AI capabilities in enterprise applications and productivity tools
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data privacy, security, accuracy, and verification, is an asset
Fluency in English is essential
Working capacity in French and other major languages is an advantage
