About the role
- Research Assistant analyzing student feedback during Okanagan College’s LMS migration. Supporting literature synthesis, data collection, thematic coding, statistics, and research dissemination.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and summarizing academic literature on educational technology adoption, faculty workload, and LMS design
- Help administer and organize research artifacts
- Assist with transcribing interview audio
- Assist in systematically analyzing institutional artifacts
- Perform thematic coding
- Compile descriptive statistics
- Contribute to drafting research summaries
- Prepare summary tables
- Format manuscripts and presentations
- Support the research team across several key stages of the project

- Must be a current student at Okanagan College (this is a requirement of the funding source)
