About the role

  • Project Coordinator role at Omnicom managing influencer marketing campaigns and supporting solutions for clients. Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage interagency relationships by collaborating with cross-functional teams to fully understand client objectives, target audiences, and influencer marketing needs.
  • Use our proprietary technology to identify the most relevant content creators for each campaign.
  • Research, identify, evaluate, and build relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end by preparing briefs, coordinating content calendars, overseeing product shipments, organizing campaign-related travel and events, and tracking deliverables.
  • Support contract negotiations, ensure contract compliance, manage invoices, and track campaign budgets.
  • Track campaign performance by analyzing key metrics (engagement, reach, ROI, etc.) and contribute to the optimization of future strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to ensure the success of integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in account management and client servicing, ideally with large advertisers.
  • Strong proficiency in major social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
  • A strong understanding of the social media landscape, digital trends, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort with data analysis and interpreting results to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, but not required.
