About the role

  • Senior Manager applying AI and marketing analytics to optimize campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline forecasting. Supporting Optro’s AI-powered GRC platform growth through dashboards, insights, and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement across campaigns, channels, and programs from first touch through closed-won revenue
  • Build and improve attribution and funnel models used for budget allocation, communicating assumptions and limitations
  • Apply machine learning and LLM-based approaches to propensity scoring, pipeline forecasting, channel mix optimization, and anomaly detection
  • Build AI-assisted insight generation for automated “what changed and why” reporting to marketing leaders
  • Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI capabilities in marketing and analytics tools; make build-versus-buy recommendations
  • Establish responsible AI practices, including output validation, assumption documentation, drift monitoring, and coordination with Security and Legal
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Events teams on targets, pipeline forecasts, and performance tracking
  • Design and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting
  • Own the marketing data stack analytics, including Salesforce, marketing automation, and warehouse tables
  • Deliver executive analysis and readouts for QBRs, board materials, and annual planning, including budget scenarios and ROI cases
  • Raise analytical standards through mentorship, documentation, and presentation guidelines

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related analytics function
  • At least 2 years leading analysts, cross-functional projects, or both
  • B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Deep, hands-on SQL skills, including independently pulling, joining, and validating data
  • Demonstrated ownership of B2B funnel and attribution measurement
  • Experience building or substantially rebuilding a multi-touch attribution or pipeline model
  • Experience applying machine learning or AI to a business problem, such as propensity or lead scoring, forecasting, segmentation, or automated insight generation
  • Exposure to ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase, or to media mix modeling and incrementality testing at scale
  • Fluency with Salesforce, a marketing automation platform such as Marketo or HubSpot, and a BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Partnership with marketing operations, demand generation, sales operations, and finance
  • Background checks required
  • Nice to have: dbt, Python or R, and a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Nice to have: experience supporting an enterprise, multi-product go-to-market motion
  • Nice to have: experience building with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tooling
