About the role
- IAM Engineer designing Saviynt identity governance solutions for Colliers’ global commercial real estate enterprise. Automating access controls, compliance, provisioning, and cloud integrations across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration capabilities
- Support identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access requests, certifications, and policy enforcement
- Develop and maintain joiner-mover-leaver workflows, access review campaigns, segregation of duties policies, and automated provisioning processes
- Troubleshoot provisioning, entitlement, and access-related issues
- Provide L2/L3 IAM support and partner with vendors to resolve complex challenges
- Collaborate with Security, HR, IT Operations, and Application Owners
- Align IAM solutions with business requirements, security standards, and compliance obligations
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Document technical designs and operational runbooks
- Support integration of applications, directories, and cloud platforms into the IAM framework
Requirements
- Degree and/or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration solutions
- Saviynt Certified IGA Professional certification preferred
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), access governance, application onboarding, certification campaigns, and SOX and GDPR compliance frameworks
- Experience integrating Saviynt with Active Directory, GCP, Entra ID, HR systems, and cloud applications
- Familiarity with PAM solutions such as Delinea
- Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud
- Proficiency with REST APIs, SAML, OIDC, connector frameworks, PowerShell, and Java
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a global, cross-functional environment
- Currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis
