- Principal Software Engineer leading design, development, and support for Salesforce and marketing tech. Collaborating with teams to drive key technology transformation initiatives for Equinix.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and support of Salesforce and marketing technology initiatives • Design, develop, and support solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud • Build and support integrations between Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and other enterprise systems • Troubleshoot complex integration, sync, data-quality, and deployment-pipeline issues • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal/Privacy, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience • 8+ years focused on Salesforce and Marketing Technology platforms • Expert-level hands-on experience with B2B Marketing Automation — Pardot / MCAE and/or Marketing Cloud • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud • Proven experience designing and deploying Agentforce agents and prompt templates • Strong Salesforce development skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows • Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and an iPaaS or data-orchestration platform • Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist (Pardot), Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
