About the role

  • Creative Operations & Studio Manager building scalable workflows for Paddle, a Merchant of Record for digital product companies. Supporting global brand launches, campaigns, productions, and AI-enabled creative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own studio intake, workflows, timelines, and project coordination
  • Build scalable systems and processes for effective studio operations
  • Experiment with AI tools and automation to improve speed, quality, and team efficiency
  • Streamline repetitive workflows and reduce operational friction
  • Evolve the studio operating system across Claude, Notion, Asana, Figma, and emerging AI platforms
  • Build and maintain templates, documentation, trackers, and resource libraries
  • Support major brand launches, campaigns, and creative productions
  • Coordinate reviews, approvals, vendors, freelancers, and asset management
  • Improve visibility across priorities, capacity, and delivery timelines
  • Identify and improve workflow bottlenecks
  • Partner with designers, brand marketers, freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Help shape how Paddle’s global, AI-enabled Brand Studio operates at scale

Requirements
