Responsibilities
Provide testing, business readiness, training, and AI-enabled quality assurance services for the Consumer Licensing Enquiry Online (CLEO) initiative
Plan, coordinate, develop, update, and execute testing activities aligned with business requirements, ServiceNow stories, acceptance criteria, schedules, and approved artifacts
Perform UAT, functional, enhancement, regression, end-to-end, integration, data migration, business process, deployment validation, smoke, retesting, and post-deployment verification activities
Identify, document, track, analyze, and validate defects, including severity assessment, supporting evidence, root cause analysis support, and resolution verification
Maintain testing documentation, execution records, traceability information, repositories, and status reports
Monitor testing progress and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and blockers affecting timelines or deliverables
Participate in sprint-based and release-based testing, defect triage, and continuous improvement of testing practices
Develop and maintain training materials and business readiness artifacts, including user guides, job aids, presentations, process documentation, knowledge articles, and FAQs
Prepare training scenarios, datasets, demonstrations, user adoption materials, and AI-assisted learning content
Facilitate or support knowledge transfer sessions, walkthroughs, demonstrations, and training sessions
Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to align materials with approved processes, functionality, and user needs
Support go-live, business readiness assessments, operational transition, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization
Identify and assess responsible AI opportunities for test case development, test coverage analysis, defect investigation, reporting, documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness
Review and validate all AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, relevance, completeness, accessibility, usability, compliance, and alignment with approved requirements
Requirements
Senior-level Test Analyst experience; minimum years not specified
Experience developing and executing test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, enhancement testing, regression testing, end-to-end process testing, integration testing, data migration validation, and business process validation
Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, severity-assessing, and validating defects
Experience with defect investigation, root cause analysis support, and defect resolution verification
Experience maintaining testing documentation, execution records, traceability information, and testing status reports
Experience with sprint-based and release-based testing, test planning, defect triage, deployment validation, smoke testing, and post-deployment verification
Experience developing training materials, user guides, job aids, training presentations, process documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs, training scenarios, and knowledge transfer content
Experience collaborating with Product Owners, SMEs, business stakeholders, and project team members
Knowledge of approved AI-enabled and Generative AI tools for testing, documentation, training, knowledge management, and readiness activities
Ability to review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, accessibility, usability, alignment with approved requirements, and compliance with Government of Alberta standards
Ability to work within Government of Alberta project management, testing, quality assurance, privacy, security, accessibility, governance, and responsible AI frameworks
