Responsibilities
Lead and manage software conversion projects, including planning, organizing, and executing all implementation activities
Develop detailed implementation plans and timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel and equipment, to support successful execution
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timeline, and resource needs
Oversee customer training programs on PBS software and provide ongoing support for training-related issues
Monitor data conversion plans and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the conversion process
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
Establish and maintain integrations with third-party systems, including CRM platforms, DMS providers, and other software vendors
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and functionality
Maintain regular communication with dealership clients, internal teams, and stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues
Prepare and present weekly project progress reports, metrics, and documentation
Identify and mitigate implementation risks and issues
Document implementation processes and procedures for future maintenance and support
Obtain one PBS product certification within the first year of employment
Requirements
Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
1–3 years of experience working in a car dealership or the automotive industry
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and workflows
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to two weeks per month
Valid passport required (or ability to obtain one)
