About the role

  • Conseiller marketing et communications chez Promutuel Assurance, assureur mutualiste québécois. Conception de campagnes, communications numériques, événements et initiatives communautaires.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing initiatives that contribute to brand awareness and business objectives.
  • Coordinate commercial, partnership and community outreach events across the region.
  • Manage social media channels and the website to strengthen the organization’s digital presence.
  • Develop and deploy communications tailored to different audiences.
  • Coordinate programs, donations and sponsorships related to community engagement commitments.
  • Measure the results of initiatives, recommend improvements and contribute to the advancement of marketing and communications practices.
  • Work from one of Promutuel Assurance Lac au Fleuve’s offices located in Québec City, Charlevoix or Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or another relevant discipline.
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle for travel.
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.
  • Show initiative, autonomy and a strong sense of organization.
  • Be recognized for creativity and the ability to propose innovative ideas.
  • Possess excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Be proficient with digital tools, social media and content management platforms.
  • Have a strong interest in analyzing results and turning data into actionable recommendations.
  • Build collaborative relationships easily with a variety of partners.
