About the role
- Implementation Consultant delivering Prophix One™ implementations for finance teams. Managing projects, configuring financial models, training clients, and driving successful go-lives.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of small-to-medium Prophix One™ implementations from kickoff to go-live as the client’s primary point of contact
- Lead project management, solution design, and configuration across concurrent client engagements
- Build and maintain project plans and status reporting in tools such as Monday.com
- Keep active projects on track and flag risks proactively
- Translate client requirements into Prophix One™ configurations, financial models, and reports
- Deliver hands-on product training for client teams
- Partner with Solution Engineering and Support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Build trust with client stakeholders and connect business goals to implementation approaches
- Communicate proactively about project status and next steps
- Identify scope, timeline, and risk issues before they affect customer experience
- Identify opportunities for additional phases or services within existing accounts
- Use open capacity for internal builds, documentation, process improvement, and teammate support
- Maintain accurate records in Prophix, Monday.com, and Odyssey for status, forecasting, and utilization reporting
- Use approved AI tools for research, drafting, and data review
- Report to the Manager, Services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Familiarity with financial statement preparation
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience in a relevant field
- Demonstrated business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of financial principles, concepts, and terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located
- Ability to travel within the United States, Canada, and internationally as required
- Valid passport
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools responsibly for research, content development, data analysis, and process optimization
- Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment and interact confidently with senior leaders, including CFOs, Vice Presidents, and finance professionals
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving tools and business environments
- Curious and innovative mindset
- Collaborative team player able to work effectively across functions, teams, and technology platforms
- Prior experience implementing or configuring a CPM, FP&A, ERP, or complex B2B SaaS platform preferred
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools preferred
- Formal project management training or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM preferred
- Prior consulting, professional services, or client-facing software delivery experience preferred
- Experience identifying and scoping incremental services or expansion opportunities preferred
