Responsibilities
Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community, uncovering banking needs, providing help and advice, and identifying sales and referral opportunities
Educate and demonstrate for clients, leveraging technology to deliver memorable experiences, drive sales, and retain business
Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a full range of financial transactions
Listen and engage clients in conversation to understand their individual needs
Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems
Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals
Requirements
Mutual Funds accreditation required (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
Goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first
Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a drive to succeed
Digital literacy across a broad range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
Must be mobile within the Windsor and surrounding markets
Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry (nice-to-have)
