Responsibilities
Identifies and implements innovative solutions for evidence gathering related to IAM Audit, Regulatory and third-party inquiries
Assists in the automating and cataloguing of potential gaps in implementation of IAM Enterprise services as it relates to RBC Standards
Actively engaged in the support of IAM related control testing activities for strategic initiatives and BAU, as well as collaborating with RBC cross functional teams supporting IAM control compliance
Identifies and supports minimum set of business requirements and control points
Reviews and uplifts procedure documents created by operational teams and programs align to Standards and Regulations
Maintains the inventory of all current IAM processes and procedures to ensure alignment to Standards and Regulations as changes in operating environment evolve
Monitors and provides input into compliance of IAM Services with policies and standards
Analyses/investigates all control evidence gathered from requests to satisfactorily meet compliance and audit requirements
Operates as a subject matter expert and provides consultancy services for all IAM controls related matters
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a comparable role (IT Risk, Control Assurance or Compliance role), preferably within a global financial services organization
Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology or Information Systems, or related field
Successful experience in implementing process improvement and/or automation solutions
Fluency in common IAM tools/applications such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, Okta and ServiceNow
Track record delivering results across multiple workstreams under pressure
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple concepts
Strong collaboration skills to influence and drive change without direct authority
Self-driven, goal oriented, and able to adapt to changes fast
Commitment to continuous learning and rapidly acquiring new technical domain knowledge
