Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of account strategy with line-of-business leadership and delivery team members.
Drive profitable revenue growth for Ricoh’s targeted healthcare industry solutions portfolio.
Understand customer business and technology requirements, document them, and create compelling business solutions.
Work with the lead design SME to ensure appropriate scoping and technology requirements.
Collaborate on customized customer solutions.
Participate in healthcare industry webinars and events and stay informed on industry trends and challenges.
Present, promote, and develop solutions within the healthcare sector.
Prepare concise, customer-tailored business cases.
Consult with customers on workflow automation and document processing.
Perform initial discovery and conceptual design.
Engage design, technical presales, implementation, project management, operations, Centre of Excellence, and vendor resources as needed.
Build business-level client relationships and generate new opportunities within assigned accounts.
Meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives.
Communicate activities and account status with account teams.
Follow Ricoh’s Methodology Framework to scope and deliver projects according to customer expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to address customer needs and problems.
Requirements
Four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
8+ years of demonstrated success acting as a subject-matter expert within the industry.
Minimum 5+ years of successful selling experience in the relevant industry.
Experience supporting consultative solutions and selling to varied functional areas and lines of business within large, complex accounts, directly and through partners.
Existing relationships with and solid understanding of industry players.
Experience in a team-selling environment and ability to gain alignment across multiple cross-functional areas.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Experience setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
Strong project management skills.
Relevant industry and solution certifications.
Ability to design, sell, and articulate business cases for Ricoh’s services and solutions portfolio.
Advanced technical understanding of customer work environments, workflow automation, document processing, infrastructure, and workflows.
Ability to lead solution design and integrate with customer infrastructure and workflows.
Ability to present to C-level customers and communicate with senior decision-makers.
Ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources to identify issues and propose solutions.
Ability to coordinate multiple Ricoh and vendor-partner resources.
Ability to adapt to changing roles and work with or lead diverse teams.
