Responsibilities
Complete a 12-week Technical Sales and Consulting Internship Program combining sales, technical, and professional training in classroom and on-the-job settings
Develop and qualify new revenue opportunities as a Business Development Representative
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet sales goals and grow market share as an Account Manager
Serve as a technical resource for Rockwell Automation technology and products as a Technical Consultant
Communicate product portfolio benefits to customers
Connect with customers about products and services through multiple platforms
Build a network of people and customers
Conduct customer-facing conversations
Explain complex information in a simple way
Work with customers by phone, email, digital methods, online remote meetings, and face-to-face settings depending on track
Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and messaging
Requirements
Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
Legal authorization to work in Canada is required

Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in electrical, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, software or chemical engineering; computer science, industrial distribution, supply chain, business, technical majors or similar
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for Account Manager and Technical Consultant tracks only; Business Development Representative track does not require a vehicle
Expected graduation date is December 2027 or beyond
Previous intern experience with Rockwell Automation, its Partner Network, or its customers
Experience with technical skills and/or domains
