About the role

  • Sales Manager leading Fiix SaaS account executives through full-cycle selling and new-logo acquisition. Coaching teams, forecasting revenue, and improving business development performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Executives through the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, Fiix platform demonstrations, and deal closure
  • Develop and execute Fiix inbound and outbound development strategy
  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcasting of results, and creative incentives
  • Report team activity and forecasts to the Global Sales Director as a member of the Revenue Leadership Team
  • Review current processes and guide improvements while challenging the team to innovate
  • Bring new ideas and best practices to elevate the business development team
  • Build an engaged, collaborative culture with open dialogue, continuous feedback, feedback loops, and productive conflict resolution
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to create a high-performing culture
  • Assist proactively with passive and active recruitment efforts
  • Drive continuous improvement in the Fiix business development practice
  • Represent Fiix at community meet-ups, technical groups, fireside chats, information sessions, technology and recruiting events to increase brand recognition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or a related field or relevant industry experience
  • Master of Business Administration and Sales Leadership Certificate
  • 2+ year's experience managing a sales/lead team to overachieve targets
  • 5+ year's experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in a fast paced SaaS environment
  • Solid experience with Marketing and Sales funnel KPIs and management
  • Highly organized and with a track record for prioritizing tasks for the team
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong focus on leading by example, in a team environment with revenue deadlines
