Responsibilities
Support managers and senior consultants in delivering government grant consulting services to clients, in French and English
Research government funding programs and assess client eligibility
Prepare analyses, grant applications and related documentation
Prepare hiring- and training-related grant applications
Support production of compliance reports following approvals
Monitor new programs and changes to existing programs
Communicate with granting authorities to clarify requirements
Keep the internal database and program summaries up to date
Assist senior consultants in preparing grant analysis reports for manager review
Prepare hiring- and training-related grants for manager review
Prepare responses to granting authorities as required
Perform any other related duties as needed
Interact regularly with employees, clients and external vendors in person, by email and by phone
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Business/Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, Journalism or a Science is required
General knowledge of federal and provincial grants is a major asset
Knowledge of business development is a major asset
Knowledge of business plan writing is a major asset

Solid intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web navigation/research
Valid driver’s license required
