About the role
- Business Reliability Analyst supporting critical technology services across on-premise and cloud environments. Improving incident response, continuity, access management, governance, and vendor performance.
Responsibilities
- Own and support the operational reliability and readiness of business-critical technology services across on-premise and cloud environments
- Monitor production services
- Coordinate incident response
- Strengthen business continuity and access management practices
- Improve operational controls, governance, and vendor service performance
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IT service management practices, including ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
- Experience supporting business-critical technology services
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, including operational reporting, service-level monitoring, and production support processes
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, and operational resilience practices
- Experience with business impact assessments, continuity planning, and resilience testing
- Experience with Identity and Access Management processes and controls
- Exposure to operational risk, audit/compliance, and third-party technology vendor management
