Responsibilities
Own strategy and execution for web and generative AI analytics products
Build an SEO and competitive-traffic solution with raw URL-level traffic data
Improve competitive discovery and reporting user experience
Expand GenAI citations and brand-visibility tracking
Interview users to identify needs, workflows, and pain points related to web traffic and engagement data
Write technical requirements for features, metrics, and data delivery solutions
Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to prioritize, scope, and ship improvements
Propose and maintain a roadmap for Web and Generative AI Insights releases
Analyze usage and product data to identify opportunities and measure feature impact
Communicate upcoming release details to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Monitor web-estimate data quality and accuracy and improve methodology with Data Science
Partner with Product Marketing and GTM to communicate product value and drive adoption
Requirements
3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in product management at a B2B or SaaS company
Experience working with data products, analytics platforms, or APIs
Comfortable writing SQL and using data directly to inform product decisions
Interest in web analytics, competitive intelligence, digital marketing, or adjacent spaces; SEO experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with BI and analytics tooling such as Snowflake, Tableau, Amplitude, or Mixpanel is a plus
AI-fluent and comfortable working daily with tools like Claude, building custom agents, and leveraging MCP integrations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Sales/GTM teams
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required
Legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future
