About the role

Client-Facing Digital Project Manager at Sherpa overseeing multiple event technology projects for global events. Serving as the key liaison between clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple client projects from onboarding to delivery and follow-ups.
Lead client meetings and onboarding sessions.
Be the main point of contact, guiding clients and ensuring expectations are met.
Translate client requests into structured tasks for internal teams with clear priorities and deadlines.
Oversee content population and customization to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Test and validate platforms before deployment.
Monitor project performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to client concerns.
Work closely with sales and business development to drive renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Analyze key KPIs, evaluate project costs, and recommend process improvements.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

5+ years in digital project coordination, account management in an agency, or B2B client-facing roles, or in large-scale event/conference management.
Degree or diploma in business, communications, marketing, project management, event management, or a related field.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management tools.
Ability to hold the big picture while managing granular details.
Comfortable in a hybrid setup.
Native-level English; working proficiency in French.
