About the role
- Technical Program Manager leading SaaS migrations, development, and backlogs for enterprise MarTech clients. Bridging client needs with technical delivery across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Support SaaS and platform-based engagements across tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce
- Serve as the connective tissue between client needs and technical delivery execution
- Support critical migration and development projects on active client engagements
- Lead project teams to meet client expectations while managing budget and timeline
- Work alongside engineering leads, business operations strategy, and client partners
- Align stakeholders on delivery approach
- Flag risks early and drive resolution on cross-team personnel and process issues
- Support discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
- Define requirements and write assumptions to protect scope
- Translate needs into actionable scopes of work
- Develop statements of work that protect client outcomes and margin
- Own and manage product backlogs, including prioritization, refinement, and scope/timeline/budget trade-offs
- Report to a Senior Technical Program Manager and work with the Head of Product and Project Management Operations as part of the PPMO team
Requirements
- 4+ years experience leading delivery in a consultancy or agency context
- Experience leading multiple client engagements concurrently
- Experience scoping billable work and managing client expectations
- Experience supporting roadmap expansion and protecting margin
- Project Management fluency
- Ability to communicate clearly and consistently
- Ability to provide leadership and direction to project teams
- Ability to balance resource availability, team culture, deadlines, client priorities, and margins
- Background spanning project management and product ownership
- Ability to run projects, manage backlogs, and write requirements
- Platform and SaaS delivery experience
- Experience with website builds, migrations, feature development, and enterprise SaaS implementations
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise SaaS environments
- Ability to understand how SaaS and platform engagements are structured
- Web and software experience
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Ability to write well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Ability to own and manage product backlogs, including prioritization, refinement, and trade-off decisions
- Current US or Canada work authorization
