About the role

  • Communications Business Partner supporting Siemens Healthineers’ diagnostic imaging and advanced therapies businesses. Developing integrated internal, external, digital, and event communications across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement strategic communications plans supporting Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies business objectives
  • Advise Business Lines and Sales teams on communication strategies, messaging, implementation plans, and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop internal and external communications materials supporting organizational objectives and initiatives
  • Implement marketing and communication functions across events, online platforms, internal communications, customer communications, digital channels, and other touchpoints
  • Develop and manage newsletters, leadership messages, presentations, brochures, web content, digital content, event communications, and branded materials
  • Support trade shows, congresses, customer events, sales promotion events, internal department events, sponsorships, and industry association activities
  • Ensure communications and marketing activities follow brand, compliance, and organizational guidelines
  • Collaborate with Canadian, North American, and global counterparts to align communications and messaging
  • Develop, monitor, and manage communications-related performance metrics and reporting
  • Monitor communication outcomes and provide recommendations and analysis for continuous improvement
  • Plan and execute digital communications across web, email, social media, internal platforms, online campaigns, and digital content distribution
  • Create, coordinate, and manage digital content for LinkedIn, Viva Engage, websites, email communications, newsletters, and other approved platforms
  • Support executive and business leader digital communications through content planning, message development, and channel coordination
  • Monitor digital communications performance metrics and recommend improvements to content, campaigns, and engagement

Requirements

  • Full-time availability
  • Must be local and able to travel to the Siemens Healthineers office in Oakville, Ontario, as required
  • Ability to plan, develop, and implement strategic communications plans
  • Project management experience
  • Executive partnership experience
  • Digital communications expertise
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Experience with internal and external communications across multiple channels
  • Experience developing communications materials and digital content
  • Ability to monitor and analyze communications performance metrics
  • Ability to follow brand, compliance, and organizational guidelines
  • Ability to collaborate with Canadian, North American, and global counterparts
