About the role
- Senior Analog Design Engineer at SiTime developing analog and custom digital CMOS circuits for high-performance timing products. Collaborating with remote teams to innovate and succeed in the timing industry.
Responsibilities
- Design analog and custom digital CMOS circuits for high-performance timing products
- Prepare technical design reviews and documentation
- Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams, including layout, digital, system design, and validation
- Test, debug, and characterize prototypes in the lab
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
- Experience with CMOS and/or BiCMOS analog design
- Good understanding of integrated circuit design, device physics, and process technology
- Knowledge of analog circuit fundamentals, noise theory, and phase-noise concepts
- Familiarity with Cadence analog/mixed-signal simulation tools
- Understanding of analog/mixed-signal design flow, simulation methods, and design rules
- Hands-on experience with lab testing and characterization
