Responsibilities

  • Design analog and custom digital CMOS circuits for high-performance timing products
  • Prepare technical design reviews and documentation
  • Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams, including layout, digital, system design, and validation
  • Test, debug, and characterize prototypes in the lab

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
  • Experience with CMOS and/or BiCMOS analog design
  • Good understanding of integrated circuit design, device physics, and process technology
  • Knowledge of analog circuit fundamentals, noise theory, and phase-noise concepts
  • Familiarity with Cadence analog/mixed-signal simulation tools
  • Understanding of analog/mixed-signal design flow, simulation methods, and design rules
  • Hands-on experience with lab testing and characterization
